East African road freight
Freight that clears the corridor
One board for cargo owners, clearing agents and verified transporters — from the load being posted to the payout being released, on a single record.
Who it is for
Three sides of the same load
Transporters
“I own trucks and want to carry loads”
Register your fleet once. Trucks, drivers and their documents are verified before you quote, so you are competing on rate rather than on paperwork.
Register as transporterManaging agents
“I arrange freight on behalf of shippers”
Post loads on behalf of your clients, run quotes side by side and award in one action. Your commission is set by agreement and recorded against the load.
Register as managing agentCargo owners
“I have goods that need moving”
Describe the load and the corridor. Quotes come back from verified operators, and every stage from award to delivery to settlement is on one record.

What the platform actually does
One record per load
A load, its quotes, the awarded carrier, the truck and driver, the delivery evidence, the invoice and the payout are all the same record — not separate systems reconciled later. Months on, the question "what did we agree, who carried it, and what was paid" has one answer rather than a search through message threads.
Load board and matching
Post a load with its corridor, cargo and dates. Verified transporters see it on a board they can filter by route, truck type and capacity.
Sealed quoting
Transporters quote their rate. What each side sees is scoped to what it is entitled to see — a carrier never sees another carrier’s number, and platform margin is not disclosed to either.
Fleet and document verification
Licences, insurance and inspection certificates are uploaded, reviewed and given an expiry. Documents that lapse are flagged before they become a problem at a weighbridge.
Settlement and payouts
Invoices, payment against M-Pesa, bank transfer or cash, and a finance officer confirming evidence before anything counts as paid. Payout release is protected by two-factor authentication.
An auditable ledger
Every movement of money is a double-entry posting that is written once and never edited. What a load earned, what it cost and what remains outstanding can be reconstructed line by line.
Reporting and export
Operational and financial reporting across loads, fleets and settlement, down to a per-vehicle audit, with CSV export for whatever your accountant already uses.
How it works
Posted, quoted, awarded, settled
- 01
Register and get verified
Sign up as a transporter, managing agent or cargo owner. Company details are checked against the tax identifier for your country, and fleet documents are reviewed before you can trade.
- 02
Post or find a load
Cargo owners and agents publish loads to the board. Transporters filter by corridor and truck type, and can set alerts for routes they run regularly.
- 03
Quote and award
Quotes come in against the load. The award is a single atomic action — one carrier wins, the rest are closed out, and the commission in force at that moment is recorded against the load and never recalculated.
- 04
Move, deliver, settle
The trip runs against that record. The driver captures proof of delivery from the phone — a signed note or photograph, timestamped and attached to the trip — and a person verifies it before the invoice is raised. Payment is declared with evidence and confirmed by finance, and the payout follows.
About us
Built for how the corridor really runs
Road freight across East Africa is arranged largely over phone calls and WhatsApp groups. It works, but it leaves no record: rates are agreed and forgotten, a truck’s insurance lapses without anyone noticing until a weighbridge does, and the money is reconciled from memory weeks later.
ClearHubEA is the same trade with a record underneath it. Operators are verified before they can quote. The rate that was agreed is the rate that was recorded. Payment is declared with evidence and confirmed by a person whose job that is. Nothing about the ledger can be quietly edited afterwards.
The platform is built country by country rather than as one region-wide assumption — tax identifiers, phone formats and documents differ across the EAC, and an operator asked for the wrong one concludes the product is not for them.
